The Passion Residency is ideal for young leaders – those who are graduating from college or have a few years of professional experience and want to fall more in love with Jesus through hands-on ministry, spiritual formation and intentional community. Most of all, the residency is leveraging a season of your life for what matters most - the name and renown of Jesus.
Offering a 1-year ministry residency and a 2-year ministry + seminary residency, this experience is steeped in helping young adults commit to consecration, grow in character, build community and hone their craft.

Seminary Track Residents participate in a 2-year work-study intensive through our partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary. These residents are working in their ministry roles while also earning a Master’s in Christian Leadership (MaCL). This program is optional and is not required for all roles.
All applications due by January 18, 2026.
Cumberland Students Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Passion Students team by serving the High School and Middle School student ministry of Passion City Church Cumberland. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Cumberland bloom Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Cumberland bloom team by helping to create an atmosphere of faith, encouragement, belief, worship and truth for newborns through pre-k at Passion City Church. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Finance Administration Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Finance Team by executing administrative and accounting-related tasks as a team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, and accuracy.
Jr. Engineering Resident
We are looking for an enthusiastic developer to join our team and help us build amazing solutions that further the mission and vision of Passion. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Passion Resources (Retail + Ecommerce) Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to our House by executing organizational, administrative, and strategic needs in assistance to the Passion Resources Team in the retail + ecommerce space. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Social Media Content Creator Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Social Media Team by building and expanding the reach of our social media platforms by creating content that is compelling, creative and in line with the vision and mission of our church and movement. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Trilith Location Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith location team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to the Trilith Location Pastor. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Trilith Operations Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support serving alongside the Trilith Operations Team, delivering a remarkable experience to the people and guest of Passion City Church. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
Trilith Students Creative Resident
To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Passion Students team by serving the High School and Middle School student ministry of Passion City Church Trilith. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

Questions
The Passion Residency is for young leaders wanting in-depth and hands-on experience in ministry while learning and growing spiritually, personally, and professionally.
To know God and become more like Christ, walking with His people and working for His glory.
Our 4 main pillars are: Commit to Consecration, Build Character, Grow in Community, and Hone Craft.
What we do is full-time, but we consider what we get to do a calling. As a Resident, you will be working and serving full-time alongside the Passion team. This means you will not be able to have another form of employment or educational enrollment (apart from part-time seminary upon approval).
The Passion Residency program is a place for graduating college seniors and recent college graduates to explore working in ministry while growing deeper in their walk with Jesus. Our aim is for our Residents to fall more in love with Jesus and to walk away knowing Him more.
Formations is a weekly team time centered around spiritual formation and personal & leadership development. They vary each week but are a time for Residents to pray, learn, grow, and be invested in.
Yes, Residents receive a salary and are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Seminary Track salary: $22,600 | Church Ministry Track, Global Track, Production + Creative Track salary: $28,000.
Residents are responsible for finding and providing their own housing. Accepted Residents will be connected to explore possible roommate options.
Applications for the 2026–2027 Residency class are open December 7, 2025 - January 18, 2026.
Each Resident must have their own personal vehicle for the duration of the Residency. A laptop will be provided.
Track details and descriptions are available on the website. Once applications are live, job descriptions can be found by clicking 'apply now.'
The Residency starts June 1st, 2026. 1-Year tracks end May 6th, 2027; 2-Year tracks end May 4th, 2028.
Upon submitting your application, you will receive a confirmation email with next steps. The process includes: 1) Application review, 2) First round interviews, 3) Second round interviews, 4) Third round interviews. Not all applicants move to interview stages. The process typically concludes around March.
Applicants may only submit one application but can designate a primary and secondary position of interest within it.

The Residency cannot sponsor work visas for international applicants.
