SEMINARY TRACK
Our 2-year residency experience offers a unique hybrid of hands-on ministry work and formal theological training through our partnership with Dallas Theological Seminary. This gives our students the opportunity to immerse themselves into their roles with their work teams while also putting dedicated time towards their studies as they work towards earning their Master’s in Christian Leadership degree.
Seminary students will have a combination of hybrid (online + in person) and online only classes throughout the year that focus on theology, biblical studies, leadership and more. Generally, Seminary Residents spend approximately half their work week focusing on their studies and half their week in hands-on ministry.
